8. If finally selected for the probationary lappointment you will be provided with a free first class pancage to the Colony on your signing the usual agreement with the Crown Agents for the
olonies, 4 Millbank, 2.4.1., by which you will be bound to repay its cost to the Colonial
-overnment in the event of your leaving the mervice of the Government within three years of me vate of your arrival in the Colony for any other reason then wental or physical infirmity.
9. You will be entitled to half salary
rom the date of your embarkation from this
country, and to full salary from the date of
your arrival in the Colony. in the event of your appointment being cancelled, you will not be entitled to any leave of absence or pay after - dute of the latter by which the cancellation in notified boyou, unless the Governor, subject
the approval of the Secretary of State, shall
grant it on special grounds.
